What's New for 2021
Each of our insurance carriers and plan options remain the same for 2021, plus there's a new voluntary vision benefit offering with National Vision Administrators (NVA)!
Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2021 Health Care Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. To learn more about your benefit offerings for 2021, please listen to the open enrollment presentation, review your benefits guide, election form and watch the educational videos below.
Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are: marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.

How To Enroll
- You must complete an election form, even if you are waiving coverage.
- You will need to complete a Sun Life enrollment form if electing voluntary benefits (even if keeping the same).
- Completed election forms must be returned to HR, no later than December 1, 2020 at 5 p.m. ET.
- You will not be allowed to make change after the open enrollment window closes, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
